Ok guys, gonna talk fun and serious about LoL today.

On the fun note, loving support Alistar.  Definitely not to be fucked with as long as I have a decent carry in lane.  Have yet to go negative in a game with him, even with a bad team or two.  Been very nice.

Serious note.  Fix my damn game Riot.  We are finally seeing the queues to log on drop to something that is slightly reasonable, which allows me to at least get on.  But the problem is staying on, there is no reason to be in a PvP game and have 30-40 disconnects for the game between everyone.  Obviously the game is not fixed.  Not that anyone would know since they won't tell us anything, just ignoring the issue to all appearances.

They need it to be fixed, as a business.  It looks bad on them.  And they have some heavy competition coming into the field in the future, DOTA 2 is available in beta now and is going to be F2P.  Then you have Blizzard All-stars.  While they don't have a release date on that yet, we have already seen Blizzards ability to dominate a genre when they move into it.  Those are going to be a lot more appealing to people if they have to fight with instability to play LoL.

Riot needs to get their shit together on this and let the players know that they are trying to get it fixed, not just pretending that the issue does not exist.

Witch Doctors and Barbarians

So I started a Barbarian with an idea, that if it works out I am going to do on all of the classes before I am done.  This is lead by moving spells around on my witch doctor making me realize that there are spells I have looked over in the past that are in reality very awesome.  Sacrafice, anyone?  So I am going to level a set of toons, which will allow me a pass through on each class as well where I will move new abilities and runes to my current spells without a decision making process on them.  This will allow me to experience everything that each class has to offer and allow me see how they work in the game.  Right now the Barb is only level 8.

That is due to the playtime I have put in on my Witch Doctor, having just tagged 47 today, been putting a lot more time on her since I have been playing her with friends.

Literally nothing to talk about today, my game time was spent sleeping.

WoW - Did the couple of Fire Festival achievements I had left, no Putridus.

LoL - Finished Akali, working on Alistar support, love it.

Diablo 3 - Witch Doctor is even with the Demon Hunter now, further into story, starting Act 3.

LoL Woes

So I haven't gotten to play much LoL this week, what with the multiple outages they have had going on.  I am however just a single rune away from being done with Akali at which point I will be moving on to Alistar. Already have him bought from earlier days but no runes for him, so this should be interesting.

I was really gunning for the Foxfire Ahri skin, but less so now that I am not gonna be playing her as much.  I am looking forward to Alistar, up to this point I have played Ahri and Akali, this will be a big difference for me.

D3

So today turned into another D3 day.  I had other plans but ended up getting dragged into it, largely because since LoL decided to shut the servers down for most of the playable time I had today, D3 was being played in the house by others.  And I couldn't pass up the opportunity to run the witch doctor a little more.

I have to say, I love the gargantuan.  Such an awesome tank, since the zombie dogs fail at it so bad.  Also, best combo ever, Soul Harvest with Siphon, I'm only level 23 and I get like 54 intelligence a monster, up to 5 stacks.  Run into the middle of a crowd blow it, run back out and zombie charger all over the place.

I am kind of baffled as to why I haven't seen gems go up on the RMAH.  Seems like a potentially profitable market, that while time consuming wouldn't be that hard to farm up if you were looking for a way to make money.  Of course the problem could be that people have no idea what to charge for them and are waiting for someone to post so they get an idea where they can go with them.
